Consultation
In this first step, we will start with a discussion of your vision for the property. our discussion will include; which aspects of the sign systems will change as it relates to color scheme, logo and sign material; versus what will remain the same. We will also tie into the discussion your budget – to ensure cost efficiency. Lastly, we will present customized options that fit your vision and budget for the rebrands.


Survey
The completion of a survey, is the second step in our process. Our team will visit the property and review your desired layout. We will dscuss possible install methods (i.e. glue, screws, tape, etc.) and location. We will also discuss removal and disposal, along with timeline. We will finish by taking pictures of current signage and getting a count of signage scheduled for replacement.
Removal & Installation
In this step, we will begin the process of removing old signage and replacing with the new signage; ensuring a neat, orderly process that minimizes disruption to residents. In addition, we will remove and replace simultaneously to ensure residents and visitors are able to identify locations throughout the property during the rebrands process.


Ongoing Maintenance
A standard part of our process is to provide a one year guarantee on our workmanship. After such time, we are still committed to being available to service your signage or provide maintenance information, as necessary.
